Welcome to the North Las Vegas Municipal Court website. This Web Public Access provides for general case search and online payment of North Las Vegas Municipal Court cases.
Case Search: Cases may be searched by defendant name, case number or citation number. Enter case or citation numbers using all numbers, letters and/or dashes. Use only capital letters when searching.
Payments: Online payments may be made on new traffic citations that do not require a court appearance and for cases with an existing payment plan. Cases handled by a third-party collection agency may not be paid online. Cases in warrant status may not be paid online. A credit card processing fee of approximately 3% will be assessed.
New Citations - Payment in Full. Paying a traffic citation in full for which you have not appeared in court will result in a plea of Bail in Lieu of Fine to all charges on the citation and your waiver of your right to a trial on the charges. A partial payment on a new citation will not close the case. If you do not pay the citation in full by midnight (Pacific Time) on the appearance date noted on the citation a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
Payments on Existing Payment Plans: Online payments may be made for cases that have been adjudicated and placed on a payment plan. Payments must be submitted before midnight (Pacific Time) on the day they are due. Failure to make payments on time, or a payment of less than the full monthly installment amount, may result in late fees and/or a bench warrant for failure to comply with a court order.
